  • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies.
  • Temporarily disable your ad-blocker. Some ad-blockers block the download and can trigger messages like: “Oops! Sorry, the file you are looking for is not found.” Disabling the blocker in Chrome typically fixes it.
Why is a download link missing or unavailable?
